At Eco-pliant there is no minimum order requirement for stock items that are held domestically in the US. There may be minimum order requirements for custom products that are manufactured specifically for a customer or imported from outside of the country.

There are two ways to receive free shipping on your orders.

1) Guests and Emerald Basic – Free shipping on all orders over $250.

2) Emerald PRO – All Emerald PRO members receive free shipping on every order, no exceptions. All you need to do is create an account and schedule a call with us to have an introduction call. Once we enable your account as Emerald PRO, you’ll enjoy free shipping and the rest of the PRO benefits!

Yes, you may request samples. However, free samples are reserved for Emerald Members only. In order to become a member, you must sign up through one of our web forms. Emerald Memberships are completely free and come with several perks and features.
