At Eco-pliant there is no minimum order requirement for stock items that are held domestically in the US. There may be minimum order requirements for custom products that are manufactured specifically for a customer or imported from outside of the country.

Yes, you may request samples. However, free samples are reserved for Emerald Members only. In order to become a member, you must sign up through one of our web forms. Emerald Memberships are completely free and come with several perks and features.

Lead times can vary by customer location, product location, and more. Our average lead time from when an order is placed to time of delivery is 2 days.
To further clarify, on the East and West Coasts, if you place your order before 12pm, our average delivery lead time is end of the next day.
